One Pot Katsu Sausage Curry
One of the worlds most popular dishes, Japanese Katsu Curry. This recipe combines all the flavour of traditional Japanese curry with the convenience of sausages and spices all cooked together in one pot.
What You Need
- 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Classic Aussie Bangers
- 1 brown onion, sliced
- 45g mild golden curry mix
- 3 potatoes, cut into med cubes
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 cups jasmine rice, cooked
- Pickled ginger, to serve
- Cucumber, sliced to serve
How To Make It
- In a deep saucepan, cook sausages according to pack instructions, remove and set aside.
- In the same saucepan, add 1 Tbsp. oil and brown onion. Add curry mix, potatoes, chicken stock and soy sauce and mix.
- Bring to the boil and allow to simmer, return sausages to the pan and simmer for 10 mins.
- Serve with rice, pickled ginger and cucumber slices.
- Serve and enjoy!
