

Pork Burger with Crispy Chilli Oil Egg
The sizzle of the pork patty as it hits the grill, the aroma of chilli oil infusing the air, and the anticipation of breaking into a perfectly cooked egg.
What You Need
- 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Outback BBQ Burgers
- 1 tsp. ginger, finely grated
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 4 brioche buns
- 4 Tbsp. crunchy chilli oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
How To Make It
- Cook burgers according to pack instructions.
- Prepare ginger mayo by combining mayonnaise, ginger and sesame oil.
- Toast brioche buns and spread with ginger mayonnaise, then place a burger patty onto each bun.
- In a fry-pan over med. heat, place 1 Tbsp. crunchy chilli oil, then crack and egg over the top. Repeat for each egg, then fry until cooked to your liking.
- Layer eggs on top of the burger patty’s, then top with spring onions and place bun lids on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
TIP: add additional chilli oil if you like it hot!
