Pulled Pork California Burrito

what you need
- 1 pack Three Aussie Farmer Pulled Pork
- 1 avocado
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 chilli, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 150g frozen potato chips
- 1 cup Mexican style rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup salsa
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 soft tortilla
how to make it
- In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados, limes, chilli, and salt and pepper together to make the guacamole.
- Use a fry-pan over med heat and cook onions, salsa, and Three Aussie Farmers Pulled Pork. Stir to until well combined and onions are soft.
- Cook rice according to the pack instructions.
- Cook frozen potato chips according to the pack instructions.
- Layer guacamole, sour cream, Three Aussie Farmers Pulled Pork, potato Chips, rice, and cheese on the tortilla and wrap it tightly.
- Toast in a fry-pan on med heat until crispy on every side.
- Serve and enjoy!
