Pulled Pork Cuban Sandwich
The simplicity of a Cuban sandwich is the reason why it’s such a winner. The combination of creamy cheeses, smoky pork, and tangy mustard and pickles is perfect to make your taste buds sing!
what you need
- 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Pulled Pork
- 1 large baguette
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 4 bread and butter dill pickles, sliced
- 150g gouda cheese, grated
- 8 Swiss cheese slices
how to make it
- Pre-heat fan forced oven to 180⁰C
- Cut baguette lengthways and open, spread with mustard on one half and mayonnaise on the other, layer swiss cheese, pulled pork, pickles, and gouda.
- Close and tightly wrap in foil. Bake in over for 10-15mins.
- Remove from oven, slice in half.
- Serve and enjoy!
You can’t go wrong with pulled pork. Especially slow cooked Aussie pulled pork that’s faster to make than baked beans on toast. It’s a big claim, but this might be the best thing since sliced bread… The only hard bit is deciding how to eat it – sliders, nachos, tacos, wraps, salads, pasta,- or you could forget that and just grab a fork.
