Sausage Breakfast Pasta

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Start things off the right way with this delicious pasta dish that includes all the best parts of brekkie!

What You Need

  • 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Farmhouse Style Sausages, casings removed
  • 150g Three Aussie Farmers Leg Ham, cut into batons
  • 400g curly edge fettucine
  • 100g gouda cheese, grated
  • 100g parmesan, grated
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

How To Make It

  1. Cook pasta according to pack instructions, strain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  2. Meanwhile, heat a fry-pan over med-high heat, then cook sausage meat for 2 mins, breaking apart.
  3. Add ham, then fry until starting to brown.
  4. Add pasta to the pan with reserved pasta water, followed by cheeses, cream cheese and cream then season to taste, stir well and remove from the heat.
  5. In a clean fry-pan, fry the eggs to your liking and place on top of the pasta.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
