Sausage Vodka Pasta

This mouthwatering dish features perfectly cooked pasta tossed in a creamy vodka sauce, with juicy sausage pieces adding a delicious twist.

What You Need

  • 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Classic Aussie Bangers, casings removed
  • 250g curly fettuccine pasta
  • 1 brown onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 red chilli, chopped
  • 50ml white wine
  • 30ml vodka
  • 100ml chicken stock
  • 60ml thickened cream
  • 2 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped

How To Make It

  1. Cook pasta according to pack instructions.  Remove from the heat and set aside.
  2. While pasta is cooking, sauté onions in a large fry-pan over med. heat until lightly browned. 
  3. Add garlic, chilli and crumbled sausage meat and cook, breaking the sausage meat into smaller pieces if needed.
  4. Add wine and vodka, then cook for 5 mins. Add stock then bring to a simmer.
  5. Add pasta and cream, toss to combine, then cook for a further 5 mins.
  6. To serve, divide between bowls, garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
