Sausage Vodka Pasta
This mouthwatering dish features perfectly cooked pasta tossed in a creamy vodka sauce, with juicy sausage pieces adding a delicious twist.
What You Need
- 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Classic Aussie Bangers, casings removed
- 250g curly fettuccine pasta
- 1 brown onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 red chilli, chopped
- 50ml white wine
- 30ml vodka
- 100ml chicken stock
- 60ml thickened cream
- 2 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped
How To Make It
- Cook pasta according to pack instructions. Remove from the heat and set aside.
- While pasta is cooking, sauté onions in a large fry-pan over med. heat until lightly browned.
- Add garlic, chilli and crumbled sausage meat and cook, breaking the sausage meat into smaller pieces if needed.
- Add wine and vodka, then cook for 5 mins. Add stock then bring to a simmer.
- Add pasta and cream, toss to combine, then cook for a further 5 mins.
- To serve, divide between bowls, garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
