Sausage Wonton Cups
Looking for a quick and delicious snack for your next shindig? Try these Sausage Wonton Cups. We used the farmhouse snags, but you can make them with any of our tasty flavours.
What You Need
- 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Farmhouse sausages, casings removed
- 36 wonton wrappers
- 1 red capsicum, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 50g goats cheese
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 green jalapeños, diced
How To Make It
- Preheat fan-forced oven to 180⁰C.
- Grease a mini muffin tray and place wonton wrappers into each muffin hole.
- In a fry-pan over med heat, brown sausage meat, breaking apart with a spatula into smaller pieces.
- Add capsicum and garlic and sauté for 5 mins. Remove from the heat, then add goats cheese and ½ cup grated cheddar and stir through.
- Carefully spoon mix into wonton cups, sprinkle with remaining cheddar and bake in the oven for 5-10 mins.
- Top with jalapeño slices.
- Serve and enjoy!
