The Bush Ranger
Did you nab a pack of the Bushranger burgers? With a few simple ingredients you can make a tasty burger, just like we did. It’s super quick and simple.
what you need
- 2 packs of Three Aussie Farmers The Bush Ranger
- 4 burger buns, toasted
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 oakleaf lettuce
- Mayonnaise
- 1 red onion, sliced into rings
how to make it
- Preheat grill and cook burger patties according to packet instructions.
- Construct each burger by layering a slice of cheese, followed by the burger patty, another slice of cheese, tomato, lettuce, mayonnaise and red onion.
- Serve and enjoy!
We were after a good old fashioned pork burger with an Aussie twist and thought some native spices might be a goer. We tried this mountain pepper with some garlic and that’s been facied up a bit, and it’s a stellar bit of tucker.
Mountain pepper leaves with roasted garlic sounds a bit posh – but we can tell you, it’s a downright tasty all-rounder and worth a solid ten.
