

The Outback BBQ Burger
WanChunky, homestyle beef and pork burgers – just like mum used to make! We’ve added some smoke and garlic to make these Aussie grown meat patties shine!
what you need
- 1 pack of Three Aussie Farmers The Outback BBQ
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. raw sugar
- 8 bacon rashers
- 4 buns, toasted
- 4 cheddar cheese slices
- Smokey BBQ sauce, to taste
- Garlic sauce, to taste
- 2 pickles, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
how to make it
- Cook onions in a fry-pan over med-high heat. Once onions have started to brown, add the sugar and stir for 5 mins or until caramelised, then set aside.
- In the same pan cook the bacon rashers for 3 mins each side or until crispy and set aside.
- Preheat grill and cook burger patties according to packet instructions.
- Place caramelised onions onto burger bun, followed by the cheese, crispy bacon, BBQ sauce, garlic sauce, pickles and red onions.
- Serve and enjoy!
