Ultimate Pork Lovers Pizza
Pig out on oodles of salami, ham, bacon and pulled pork with this Ultimate Pork Lover’s Pizza! Share with the family or have the whole thing to yourself!
What You Need
- 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Farmhouse Sausages, casing removed and crumbled
- 2 slices Three Aussie Farmers Leg Ham, diced
- 2 SunPork Fresh Foods Bacon rashers, diced
- 1 pizza base
- 4 Tbsp. pizza sauce
- 12 slices spicy pepperoni
- ½ cup mozzarella, grated
- 50g fresh rocket, to serve
- 50g fresh grated Parmesan, to serve
How To Make It
- Pre-heat fan forced oven to 180°C.
- Place pizza base on lined baking tray. Spread pizza sauce across the base, leaving a 1cm border around the edge.
- Layer sausage crumble, ham, bacon and pepperoni on pizza and top with grated cheese.
- Place in oven for 25 minutes or until golden.
- Remove and top with fresh rocket and Parmesan.
- Serve and enjoy!
