Banger Pizza
This super simple and mega tasty pizza made with our Classic Aussie Banger is just what you need for a hearty snack or when you need to throw together a quick meal to feed the masses on short notice.
what you need
- 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Classic Aussie Banger sausages, casing removed
- 1 garlic bulb, roasted
- Cherry tomatoes on vine
- 2 pizza bases
- ½ cup tomato passata
- ½ cup mozzarella, grated
- ½ cup pecorino, grated
- ½ cup cheddar, grated
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- Rocket, to serve
- 1 Lemon, wedges
how to make it
- Preheat fan-forced oven to 180⁰C.
- Cut head of garlic cross ways cover in olive oil and salt and wrap in alfoil. Bake for approx. 20 mins.
- Roast vine cherry tomatoes for approx. 15mins
- Take sausages and crumble meat into rough small pieces approx. 2-3cm in size.
- To make pizza, sauce bases with passata and cover with cheese, marjoram and chopped roasted garlic top with crumbled sausage meat and bake for 10-15 mins.
- Dress pizza with roasted vine tomatoes, fresh rocket and lemon wedges
- Serve and enjoy.
