Cheesy Kimchi Toasted Sandwich
Spicy, delicious and oh so simple to make, juicy burger patty, tangy kimchi and smoky cheese. whoop, whoop!
What You Need
- 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Outback BBQ Burgers
- ½ cup kimchi
- ½ cup kewpie mayonnaise
- ½ lime, juiced
- 2 Tbsp. gochujang
- 4 slices smoky cheese
- 4 small Turkish rolls, toasted
- 1 onion, sliced / spring onion
- 100g rocket
How To Make It
- In a small bowl, combine ¼ cup roughly chopped kimchi, mayonnaise, lime juice and gochujang and mix until combined, then set aside.
- Cook burgers according to pack instructions, remove from the pan and place a slice of cheese on each patty.
- Assemble burgers by spreading kimchi mayo on the base of each Turkish roll, layer with burger patty, spring onion, kimchi and rocket and finish with top of bun.
- Serve and enjoy!
