Crackle Crumbed Sausages
Coated in crispy fried bread crumbs and crushed pork crackle chips, take a step back into your childhood with this golden sausage snack.
what you need
- 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Louisana sausages, casings removed
- 1 pack pork crackle chips, crushed
- 1½ cups panko bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Dipping sauce
how to make it
- Pre-heat fan-forced oven to 180⁰C.
- In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs and pork crackle.
- In another bowl, combine flour, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika.
- Roll sausages in flour, dip into the egg, then roll in the crumb.
- Repeat until all sausages are coated.
- Place on a lined baking tray and bake for 20 mins.
- Serve with sauce of your choice!
