

Easy Ham & Egg Breakfast Wrap
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If you need a quick bite to take on the run, this quick and tasty wrap for breakfast is just what you need.
what you need
- 4 slices Three Aussie Farmers Leg Ham
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup thickened cream
- 1 tsp. butter
- 2 tortilla wraps
- 8 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- salt & pepper
how to make it
- Crack eggs into a small bowl, add cream and season with salt and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
- Add butter to a small fry-pan over med. heat. When bubbles start to form, pour in egg mixture.
- Immediately use spatula to move eggs around the pan until curds start to form.
- When egg looks softly set, remove from frypan.
- To make wrap, place ham on tortilla, add tomato and top with half of the scrambled eggs.
- Fold up the bottom of tortilla to form a pocket, then take the sides and fold over each other.
- Serve and enjoy!
