

Ham Reuben Sandwich
It’s easy to make, it’s super tasty and it’s classic. Nothing beats a freshly toasted ham sanga, but if you are looking for next level in your humble toastie you can’t pass up this ham Reuben sanga.
What You Need
- 8 generous slices Three Aussie Farmer Leg Ham
- 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. tomato sauce
- 1 dill pickle, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 thick slices sourdough
- 2 slices gruyere cheese
- 2 slices Jarlsberg cheese
- 150g sauerkraut
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- Fries & Beer to serve
How To Make It
- To make Reuben sauce, mix mayonnaise, tomato sauce, pickle and lemon juice.
- Spread sauce over one side of all bread slices. Top half of the slices with gruyere, ham, sauerkraut, Jarlsberg and place empty slice, sauce side down, on top.
- In a sandwich press or frypan over med. heat, melt butter and cook sandwich’s on both sides until golden.
- Serve and enjoy!
