Indian Style Roti Burger
Jazz up your next barbie by combining these tasty Indian flavours with our Outback BBQ burgers. The perfect quick and easy dinner on a balmy Aussie evening.
what you need
- 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Outback BBQ Burgers
- 2 cups sweet potato fries
- 100g Greek yoghurt
- 2 Tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 4 Indian Roti breads
- 1 cucumber, cut into ribbons
- 2 Tbsp. eggplant relish
- 2 Tbsp. mango chutney
- 100g pickled red onion, sliced
- 2 sprigs fresh mint leaves, to serve
how to make it
- Cook sweet potatoes fries according to pack instructions.
- Cook burgers according to pack instructions
- Make a riata by combining yoghurt, mint and lime juice together in a small bowl, then refrigerate.
- Warm naan bread according to pack instructions.
- Assemble burgers by spreading riata onto the roti, top with cucumber, eggplant relish, burger pattie, mango chutney and pickled onion.
- Garnish with fresh mint and serve with sweet potato fries. Enjoy!
