Korean Inspired Hot Dogs
Take your taste buds on a tour with these Korean inspired hotdogs. They’re quick, easy and just perfect for a savoury meal when you’re strapped for time.
what you need
- 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Louisiana Sausages
- ½ cup kimchi, drained
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. sriracha
- 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- ½ tsp. lemon juice
- 6 hot dog buns
- 2 spring onions, chopped
how to make it
- Chop kimchi and heat in fry-pan over med. heat for 2 mins. Add garlic and drizzle with sesame oil then set aside.
- In the same pan, cook sausages according to pack instructions.
- To make sriracha dressing combine sriracha, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- Place sausages in hot dog buns, top with kimchi and sriracha mayo and sprinkle with chopped spring onions.
- Serve and enjoy!
