Outback Mac Tacos with Big M Sauce
Who says you need a burger bun to enjoy our Outback BBQ burger patties? Have a crack at these outback mac tacos!
what you need
- 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Outback BBQ Burgers
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. tomato sauce
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 dill pickle, 1 diced and 1 sliced
- 1 Tbsp. pickle juice
- 4 tortillas
- 4 mozzarella cheese, slices
- 8 leaves gem lettuce, chopped
- 1 tomato, sliced
how to make it
- To make the big mac sauce, whisk mayonnaise, mustard, tomato sauce, onion, pickle and juice together until well combined.
- Take a tortilla and press burger meat firmly over the surface. Press out the edges as thinly as possible. Repeat with remaining tortillas and burger patties.
- Heat a fry-pan over high heat and cook tortillas meat side down for 5 mins or until the meat is cooked. Flip and add a slice of cheese. Cover for 30 secs to melt the cheese and remove from the heat.
- Add lettuce, tomato, extra pickles and big mac sauce.
- Fold and enjoy!
