Sweet Chili & Lime Pigs In Blanket Skewers
Bacon makes everything better! These zesty pig in blanket skewers are great for your next barbecue. Get the kids involved for a bit of fun!
what you need
- 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Farmhouse Sausages
- 6 rashers SunPork Fresh Foods Bacon
- 2 Tbsp. sweet chilli sauce
- ½ lime, juiced
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
how to make it
- Gently twist sausages in half to form chipolatas and separate into individual sausages.
- Wrap in bacon and skewer in the middle of each chipolata where the bacon overlaps.
- Repeat until each skewer has 4-5 chipolatas.
- In a small bowl, mix sweet chilli sauce and lime juice. Baste each skewer.
- Grill on the barbecue or in the fry-pan over med heat for 15 mins, turning regularly, until cooked through.
- Baste and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Serve and enjoy!
