Quick Sticky Sausage Stir fry
This simple meal requires minimal ingredients and minimal effort. Just 15 mins in a wok and you’re done! Packed full of flavour, you can also switch up the veggies with whatever you have on hand!
what you need
- 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Farmhouse Sausages
- 2 Tbsp. kecap manis /sweet soy
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp. palm sugar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 red capsicum, largely diced
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 1 shallot, sliced
- 4 cups cooked jasmine rice
how to make it
- In a bowl mix kecap manis, oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce and garlic and stir to mix well.
- Cook sausages according to packet instructions, slice an set aside.
- In a wok, stir fry onion for 2-3 mins, add capsicum and sugar snap peas and stir fry for a further 2-3mins.
- Add sausages and sauce to wok, toss to coat ingredients then remove from heat and allow sauce to thicken.
- Serve with rice.
