Sausage Burnt Ends

what you need
- 2 packs Three Aussie Farmers Classic Aussie Bangers
- 3 Tbsp. American mustard
- 3 Tbsp. barbecue spice rub
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 100ml barbecue sauce
how to make it
- Pre-heat oven or barbecue to 150⁰C.
- In an alfoil tray, lay sausages and cover generously in mustard.
- Sprinkle with barbecue rub, turning to ensure coverage on all sides.
- Transfer to the oven or barbecue and cook, covered, for 1 hour.
- Cut sausages into bite sizes pieces then add butter, sugar and sauce. Cover and cook for 20 mins.
- Uncover and cook for a further 20 mins.
- Remove from the barbecue or oven and allow to rest so the sauce thickens.
- Serve & enjoy!
