Sausage Kebabs with Pineapple Salsa
It’s starting to feel a lot like Spring! Add a tropical twist to your next barbie with these tasty kebabs.
What You Need
- 2 packs Three Aussie Farmers Classic Aussie Bangers
- 800g can pineapple chunks in juice, retain juice
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 small orange capsicum, sliced
- 1 red chilli, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. fresh coriander, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 Tbsp. Bacardi rum
- Salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make It
- In a large bowl, prepare pineapple salsa by mixing pineapple, red onion, capsicum, chilli, olive oil and coriander. Season to taste and set aside.
- Prepare glaze by mixing pineapple juice, Bacardi and lime juice and set aside.
- Skewer sausages and grill on barbecue or hot plate, brushing with glaze until cooked.
- Remove from heat and glaze again. Top with pineapple salsa.
- Serve and enjoy!
