Thai Pork & Beef Burgers
Enjoy this fresh combination of flavours, with Thai style satay sauce and succulent pork and beef patties that will make your taste buds sing!
what you need
- 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Outback BBQ burger patties
- ½ cup crunchy peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. red curry paste
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. water (or as needed to create desired consistency)
- 4 brioche bread rolls, toasted
- 2 jalapenos, sliced
- ½ bunch fresh coriander, leaves removed
how to make it
- To make peanut sauce, mix peanut butter, red curry paste, soy sauce, and water together to form a paste, then add additional water if you prefer a thinner consistency and set aside.
- Cook burgers according to pack instructions.
- To assemble burgers, add a generous dollop of peanut sauce to the bottom bun, then layer with jalapenos, burger patty, peanut sauce, coriander leaves and top with the bun top.
- Serve and enjoy!
