To celebrate the return of our German Style Pork Knuckle into ALDI (for a limited time only), we want to give away a FREE CARTON of PORK KNUCKLES to a lucky winner! All you have to do is tell us what dish you would make with our Pork Knuckle (extra points for a delicious photo)!  To enter, comment on our competition Facebook post or send your entry to enquiries@sunporkfreshfoods.com.au

Terms And Conditions

  1. The promoter is SunPork Fresh Foods Ltd whose registered office is at 1/6 Eagleview Place, Eagle Farm.
  2. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years.
  3. Employees of the SunPork Group, their immediate family and close relatives, anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are ineligible to enter
  4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  5. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  6. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via http://www.facebook.com/threeaussiefarmers or www.threeaussiefarmers.com.au/win-a-carton-of-german-style-pork-knuckles-competition.
  7. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  8. Closing date for entry will be 19/08/2020 at 12pm. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  9. The prize will be sent via refrigerated transportation and delivered to address provided. Once the knuckles have been shipped to the address, SunPork Fresh Foods Pty Ltd are longer responsible for the product.
  10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  11. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter
  13. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition
  14. The prize is as follows: 1 carton of Three Aussie Farmers German Style Pork Knuckles delivered to the winners selected address.
  15. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute with another of equivalent value without giving notice
  16. Winners will be chosen by an independent adjudicator appointed by SunPork Fresh Foods Pty Ltd (Three Aussie Farmers).
  17. The winner will be notified via a Three Aussie Farmers Facebook comment on the post or via email (depending on route of entry) on Friday the 21st of August 2020 after 12pm.
  18. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/delivered.
  19. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered.
  20. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Australia].
  21. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  22. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  23. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to SunPork Fresh Foods and not to any other party.
