How to Grill on a BBQ:
- Preheat a hooded BBQ to med-low heat and lightly oil
- Place sausages on the hot plate and cook for 15 mins, turning regularly throughout.
TIP: Don’t pierce the skin – this keeps them juicy!
- Let them rest for 5 mins to allow the juices to redistribute. This makes the sausage tender and full of flavour.
